"Stay away, very unprofessional and rude, they were very nice in the beginning, gave me a good price but it was too good to be true, after 6 months, suddenly started increasing prices like 50% or more without any incidents and when I would call to try to understand, they would lose their temper with very simple questions and start raising their voices, I asked Summer once about the percentage increase and she said she did not work with percentages, how can you work with insurance and not talk about percentages? They gave me incorrect information several times, could not explain my bills, no wonder why major insurance companies are getting rid of agents, the value an agent bring is great when they know how to help customers but this agent is definitely not well trained to work with customers, I ended-up moving to a different agent who is much better."
